Christy Singleton specializes in executive coaching, leader development, leadership transitions, organizational clarity, optimizing team performance, and nonprofit governance. She draws from her extensive experience, including two decades of executive leadership in a nonprofit organization. Christy helps leaders and teams across different sectors improve communication, maximize effectiveness, and optimize performance. She coaches C-Level Executives including CEOs, COOs, Executive Directors, Financial Services Executives, and Development Officers.
Christy is a graduate of Davidson College and has an MA in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, as well as an MA in Gerontology from the University of South Florida. She is a certified Guide in the 5 Voices for Teams by GiANT Worldwide and holds the Associate Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation.

During her tenure leading a nonprofit, Christy helped the organization more than double its revenue and staff size, expand its service offerings to reach exponentially more people, and build the foundation for sustainable, long-term growth. Before her nonprofit leadership roles, Christy had a career in long-term health care administration. She is active on several nonprofit boards and is a mentor for the Praxis Nonprofit Accelerator.
Christy lives in Nashville, TN with her husband, Steve, and has three adult children. She enjoys teaching indoor cycling and walking in the parks with her two perfect Australian Labradoodles.
